Account Creation & Security

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the hengongbet platform. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of existing balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and banking details. hengongbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. hengongbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

  • Never share your password with any third party.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
  • Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
  • Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a hengongbet platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered violations of the terms of use:

  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about hengongbet or its users.
  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
  • Committing transaction fraud, identity falsification, or any form of financial deception.
  • Attempting to circumvent or abuse the platform's bonus, promotion, or tournament systems.

Hengongbet reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure and withholding of balances linked to suspicious activity, without prior notice where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment Methods & Currency

All transactions on the hengongbet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, internet banking transfers via local Malaysian banks, and digital payment platforms listed in the platform's payment section.

The minimum deposit is RM 20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms. All deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a registered and verified bank account held in the same user's name. hengongbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • Bank details provided must be accurate and consistent with your account registration information.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Hengongbet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending identity verification where required.
  • Any taxes or charges relating to winnings are solely the user's responsibility.

Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limits

The hengongbet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranties. hengongbet is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, data inaccuracies, or any factors beyond the platform's control.

Hengongbet's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Closure Policy

Hengongbet reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or conduct that endangers the platform or other users.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the hengongbet platform are the exclusive property of hengongbet or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without written permission.

Using the hengongbet brand name or logo for commercial, advertising, or representational purposes without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links & Term Amendments

The hengongbet platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. hengongbet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

Hengongbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
